Tabling at Student Centers
“Tabling” is open to Georgetown University students and organizations and is available daily in the Leavey Center and HFSC from 9 AM – 6 PM.
- Designated areas include the Leavey Info Lobby, HFSC Great Room stage area, or Info Lobby.
- Tabling in Sellinger Lounge is not permitted.
- Reserve spots through the EMS Scheduling Platform; same-day reservations are not allowed.
Any unreserved spaces are first-come, first-served.
- Maximum available spots: Leavey: 8 spots (1 for Cawley, 2 first-come, 5 reserved).
HFSC: 4 spots (2 first-come, 2 reserved).
- Once full, organizations are encouraged to check Red Square outdoor tabling availability.
- Organizations may bring a table (max size 6’x30”) and chairs.
- Student Centers can provide 1 table and 2 chairs if needed; organizations may not take equipment from other locations.
- No tents or obstructions are allowed.
- Organizations must check in with Student Centers staff upon arrival.
- Tabling must occur within assigned areas (max footprint: 6’x8’).
- No solicitation outside the table footprint.
- Marketing materials must remain on or behind the table and cannot be hung on walls or facilities.
- No amplified sound or disruptive behavior is allowed.
- Damage to Student Centers property may result in fees, loss of tabling privileges, and disciplinary action.
- Selling products or services requires a vending permit.
- Cash handling at the table must be reported to the Department of Public Safety.
- Lost Student Centers equipment (e.g., tables) will incur a $125 replacement fee.
