Follow these guidelines for posting in the Healey Family Student Center, Leavey Center, and Arrupe Hall:
Designated Areas:
Flyers/Posters: Use bulletin boards only. We have seven in the Leavey Center, four in the Healey Family Student Center (one in the OSEI), and one in Arrupe Hall.
Magazines & Newspapers: Use designated racks.
Not Allowed On: Tables in lounge areas, stone, painted, or glass surfaces, trees, building exteriors, car windshields, or bulletin boards managed by specific departments without permission.
Residence Halls: Contact Residential Living for separate posting policies.
Leavey Sellinger Chalkboard (see below for more details)
Facility Damage: Organizations may be assessed fees to repair any damage caused to designated posting areas and non-designated areas, such as cracking / tearing a bulletin board or stripping paint from a wall.
The Chalkboard may be reserved on the EMS platform on a weekly basis (Sunday through Saturday) for up to two weeks
Chalk art installation is to be completed on Sunday and/or Monday of the reserved week by the organization: no midweek installation is permitted.
The Leavey Information Desk staff can provide chalk if needed. Organizations are welcome to use their own chalk or chalk markers.
Only chalk or chalk markers may be used on the Chalkboard Wall. No signage or other materials may be affixed to this wall. Any paper promotions should be placed on the Bulletin Boards.
Student Centers staff will clean the chalkboard on Saturday evenings. Student Centers may request assistance from the reserving organization in removing artwork.
